STANDARD HEADSHOT SESSION

The standard headshot session is intentionally designed to create a powerful visual message that resonates. Through expert coaching and direction, we'll guide you to an image that exudes confidence, trustworthiness, and authority—while maintaining a refined, globally appealing style, ensuring you look your absolute best, no matter where your career or personal brand takes you.

YOUR SESSION EXPERIENCE

We'll begin by reviewing the attire you've brought to determine which items will best compliment your headshots. This is an important first step, as what looks and feels great on you in person could be an unwanted distraction in your headshot.

Once we start shooting, you'll never be left to wonder what to do. You'll receive clear, detailed direction throughout the entire session. It's a collaborative, step-by-step process, so there's no pressure to be an instant paragon of confidence. We'll work together to find your most authentic, confident, and approachable expressions. You’ll also have opportunity to change outfits and try different looks. The only limit on the number of looks is time.

As we progress, we’ll take time to review images and figure out what works for you and what doesn’t. This allows us to adjust as we go, keeping only the good shots and quickly deleting anything that doesn't work. It also provides you the opportunity (as well as responsibility) to let me know if there is anything you personally feel we missed or could be improved upon. This way, if there are any issues, we can be certain they are addressed and corrected in the course of the session.

The session is entirely dedicated to crafting the best possible images of you. While the time required varies for each person, you can anticipate your session lasting between one and two hours.

IMAGE REVIEW AND DELIVERY

Immediately after the shooting, we’ll do a last review of all your top images and make some final selections. The images selected will receive a degree of retouching (skin and color corrections, stray hairs, etc.) to achieve a clean, yet natural and authentic look.

Your final retouched images will be delivered as high-resolution JPEG files, suitable for both print and web use. Unretouched images are not included in final deliverables. You can expect to receive a link to download the images approximately one week from the day of your session.

IMPORTANT SESSION DETAILS

• Studio Location: We do not operate from a fixed studio location. A location will be arranged after confirming your session details.

• On-Location Sessions: Sessions can be done at your home, office, etc. This however requires setting up a mobile studio (which includes a backdrop, stands, lights, and other equipment) in a space of adequate size. Please let us know if you're interested in this option when booking.

• Hair & Makeup: Please note that professional hair and makeup services are not included in the session fee.

• Image Orientation: Our standard headshots are captured in a horizontal format, focusing on the upper chest and head. If you require images with a vertical orientation, specific dimensions, or different cropping, please inform us prior to your session so we can accommodate your needs.

• Usage Rights: We offer a standard usage license for personal and professional promotional purposes. If you require specific commercial or extended usage rights, please discuss this with us in advance.
