FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why do you require a non-refundable deposit?
The reason for a non-refundable deposit is to insure myself against people who cancel at the last minute and people who do not show up for sessions they have booked. Last minute cancellations and no-shows take away my ability to schedule another client for these times and thus my ability to earn an income. My time is an essential component of my business, so it's important for me to have a commitment from anybody who wants to reserve it. Also, when there are last minute cancellations or no-shows, I'm left hanging with the costs (travel, parking, location rental fees) that I cover prior to beginning any session.
Where is your studio?
I do not have a fixed studio location. Since not every shoot I do requires an indoor studio, I will only rent a space as needed. If your desired style of shoot requires a studio I will make the arrangements and let you know the location.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment of deposits can be made via bank transfer or credit card. In-person payments can be made via cash or credit card.
What kind of retouching do you do?
In the majority of cases my retouching involves erasing stray hairs, reducing skin redness and unevenness, and removing temporary blemishes. I generally leave permanent marks such as moles or scars. In some cases I may also smooth wrinkles and unevenness in clothing.

How much space do you need for an on-location headshot session?
An open area of 3m x 4m (approx. 10ft x 13ft) is the minimum amount of space required to set up equipment, however spaces larger than this are more ideal.
